Job Summary

Leading technology strategy and product evolution, the full-time remote Chief Technology Officer will manage a talented team to unify product lines and infrastructures while driving innovative solutions in a complex environment intersecting HealthTech, FinTech, and LegalTech.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and CFO, providing data-driven insights and options for product lines
• Mentor and empower Tech Leads, fostering a culture of autonomy and alignment under a unified architectural vision
• Modernize legacy code and integrate disparate applications into a secure and cohesive infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership with experience in scaling B2B SaaS products
• Proven M&A and multi-platform integration experience
• Expertise in modernizing legacy architectures and managing technical debt
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, particularly in secure environments compliant with PII and HIPAA
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust-based cultures and navigate transitions
