Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, business-oriented Chief Technology Officer, the full-time remote position will manage the company's internal technology environment, ensuring reliable and secure operations of business applications, infrastructure, and support services while leading application rollouts and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the internal business application ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with business operations
• Lead the rollout of new internal applications and enhancements, including planning, testing, training, and post-launch support
• Manage core technology operations and head the company's internal security function, including policies, risk management, and incident readiness

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT, technology operations, or related areas
• 8+ years in senior technology leadership roles
• Experience with enterprise business applications and technology operations
• Strong understanding of SDLC and application delivery best practices
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
