Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

To drive the company's technology vision and strategy, the full-time remote Chief Technology Officer will oversee software development, infrastructure, and security while leading a distributed engineering team and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineering leaders and developers, establishing best practices for software development and system architecture
• Oversee system modernization efforts and ensure high availability, performance, and security of all technology systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership
• 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including senior leaders
• Proven experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or multi-tenant systems
• Strong background in modern software architecture, including cloud-native and microservices
