Job Summary

To support a growing health-tech organization, the full-time remote Chief Technology Officer will own the technical and AI strategy, lead a high-performing engineering team, and oversee the integration of AI/ML initiatives while ensuring compliance and capital efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary architect for the technical and AI roadmap, driving high-velocity, intelligence-driven delivery
• Lead and mentor a consolidated team of elite experts, ensuring excellence in AI and backend execution
• Manage and optimize the engineering and AI research budget, demonstrating clear ROI and maximizing output

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience with 5+ years in a senior technical executive role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proven success in integrating and scaling AI/ML products within production environments
• Expertise in managing engineering and AI/research budgets with measurable ROI
• Deep technical credibility across modern cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Experience establishing IT, security, and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and data privacy standards
