Job Summary

To support a growing fintech company, the full-time Chief Technology Officer will develop and execute a technology strategy, oversee product development, and lead technical teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the development and enhancement of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer needs
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, providing technical leadership and fostering innovation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role within the fintech sector
• Strong track record of designing and delivering complex fintech software products or platforms
• Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and API integrations
• Familiarity with fintech industry regulations and compliance requirements
