Job Summary

Leading the engineering organization through a period of growth and transformation, the full-time Chief Technology Officer will mentor teams, drive the adoption of AI-augmented workflows, and oversee the integration of technology platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of AI-augmented development workflows and foster a culture of continuous experimentation
• Develop a technical strategy for the platform's future, assessing competitive advantages and areas for investment
• Unify legacy technology platforms into a modern architecture while ensuring security and infrastructure integrity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering organizations through significant changes such as post-acquisition integration or rapid scaling
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into engineering workflows with the ability to evaluate technical solutions
• Strong understanding of security and infrastructure, particularly in relation to AI-related risks
• Ability to connect engineering investments to business outcomes, including revenue and growth discussions
• Experience with two-sided marketplace platforms or familiarity with the art world is a plus
