Chief Technology Officer
Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Technology & AI organization, the full-time Chief Technology Officer will manage software engineering, infrastructure, and security functions, ensuring the reliability and scalability of proprietary technology systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a software engineering organization to design, build, and maintain proprietary technology platforms
- Own Azure cloud infrastructure and SQL Server database environments, managing architecture and performance
- Establish and maintain the organization's information security posture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role, preferably in the mortgage industry
- Deep expertise with Azure cloud infrastructure and SQL Server environments at production scale
- Proven track record of maintaining high system uptime for business-critical systems
- Experience directing applied AI/ML initiatives within a production engineering organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
