Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder to build the StealthCo platform from the ground up in a remote, full-time role, focusing on computer vision and ambient AI to enhance nursing and medical care through real-time clinical decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Build detection and activity recognition systems for real clinical environments using commercially available cameras
• Develop and manage a proprietary dataset while overseeing the annotation and quality assurance processes
• Architect the deployment of technology across cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring enterprise IT security compliance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in computer vision with proven ability to write model code and implement solutions in real-world settings
• Experience deploying models in edge or on-premise environments with strict data residency requirements
• Track record of taking a product from concept to production with a small team and real customers
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience, including demonstrated people management responsibility
• Startup or early-stage operating experience, comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
