Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of engineering leadership experience, including roles as CTO or VP of Engineering
- Hands-on expertise in modern AI engineering, including foundation models and agentic architectures
- Proven track record of deploying agentic systems at scale with measurable business outcomes
- Experience leading a globally distributed team in a technology or hyper-growth environment
