Chief Technology & Product Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Chief Technology & Product Officer, this remote position will manage the technology and product strategy across multiple domains, ensuring that clinical tools enhance rather than hinder care delivery in pediatric behavioral health.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product and technology roadmap in collaboration with clinical and operational leaders
• Establish and lead the build-vs-buy-vs-partner framework, prioritizing emerging technologies based on clinical impact
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering, product, design, and IT organization, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategy

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology and product leadership experience, including 5+ years at the executive level
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or digital health, with a strong preference for behavioral health experience
• Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA-compliant data architecture
• Experience with multi-site care delivery models and post-acquisition integration is a plus
