Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Underwriting Officer, A&H Reinsurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement underwriting strategy for A&H reinsurance
• Manage and optimize A&H reinsurance portfolio performance
• Oversee underwriting guidelines, approving large or complex risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field (MBA or actuarial credentials preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in underwriting within the (re)insurance industry, focusing on A&H
• Proven leadership experience in managing large, global underwriting teams
• Deep technical knowledge of A&H products and regulatory environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
