Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to social work and provide structured feedback
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect the social work field
• Work independently and asynchronously, with flexible hours averaging 5-20 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in child, family, or school social work
• Experience in maintaining detailed case history records and preparing reports
• Ability to act as a liaison among students, families, schools, and various agencies
• Experience addressing legal matters and providing counseling services
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs
