Job Summary
A company is looking for a Child Protection System Strengthening in Humanitarian Action Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative research on the role of governments and civil society in child protection systems in humanitarian contexts
- Develop a technical note on child protection systems strengthening, informed by qualitative data and stakeholder consultations
- Organize and co-chair a technical reference group to provide guidance and present findings to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, social work, public policy, international affairs/studies, or management
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the Development/Humanitarian sectors
- Experience in child protection systems strengthening, especially in humanitarian contexts
- Familiarity with the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action
- Strong writing and editing skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, or Spanish is an asset
