Child Safety Investigator

Job Summary

Independently leading child safety investigations, the full-time Child Safety Enforcement Specialist will review sensitive content, analyze user behavior, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with child safety policies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate child safety content and behavior, documenting evidence and rationale
• Lead high-risk escalations, communicating progress and making enforcement decisions within policy boundaries
• Analyze detection data to identify patterns and propose improvements to investigative workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience investigating child safety abuse or comparable Trust & Safety issues
• Ability to independently manage investigative projects and deliver documented outcomes
• Working knowledge of NCMEC CyberTip reporting workflows
• Ability to identify patterns in case data and recommend practical mitigations
• Familiarity with investigative tools; experience with SQL or statistics is a plus
