Job Summary
Independently leading child safety investigations, the full-time Child Safety Enforcement Specialist will review sensitive content, analyze user behavior, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with child safety policies in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and investigate child safety content and behavior, documenting evidence and rationale
- Lead high-risk escalations, communicating progress and making enforcement decisions within policy boundaries
- Analyze detection data to identify patterns and propose improvements to investigative workflows
Required qualifications
- Experience investigating child safety abuse or comparable Trust & Safety issues
- Ability to independently manage investigative projects and deliver documented outcomes
- Working knowledge of NCMEC CyberTip reporting workflows
- Ability to identify patterns in case data and recommend practical mitigations
- Familiarity with investigative tools; experience with SQL or statistics is a plus
