Child Safety Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat Operations Specialist, Child Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to sensitive content reports, including child exploitation and graphic violence
• Investigate complex cases to understand abuse dynamics and prepare reports for internal and external audiences
• Proactively identify undetected abuse using internal data and external intelligence sources

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Trust and Safety moderation, specifically with child safety content
• Ability to operate in a high-tempo, sensitive environment while meeting specific SLAs
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, or Criminology (preferred)
• Experience in utilizing SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation (preferred)
• Proficiency with a second language (preferably Korean or Japanese) is a bonus
