Child Support Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President- Partner Success & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing daily operations of the Child Support State Disbursement Unit (SDU) project
• Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support business development initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contract requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight years of leadership experience in project or operational management
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline; graduate degree preferred
• Experience managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory compliance and support client relationship management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software products
