Child Support Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child Support Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex project issues and develop innovative, data-driven solutions
• Manage Employer Services Line of Business functions including stakeholder engagement and operational support
• Collaborate with Federal Oversight Leads to optimize project strategies and report on progress

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience with the Division of Federal Systems (DFS) and the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the child support domain
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing child support projects
