Child Support Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a Child Support Enforcement Subject Matter Expert, the remote contract Child Support Systems Analyst will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and support system modernization initiatives for child support programs over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for legacy and modernized child support systems
• Define and document system interfaces, data mappings, and integration requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable system requirements and develop executive-level presentations

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in government or large enterprise environments
• Extensive experience with Child Support Enforcement systems and modernization initiatives
• Proven expertise in system interfaces, data mappings, and integration design
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Experience with OCSE-related reporting or compliance initiatives is preferred
