Job Summary
To enhance child welfare services, the full-time Child Welfare Peer Facilitator will manage and deliver technical assistance activities, coordinate peer group events, and develop resources while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates within a 50-mile radius of designated offices.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person technical assistance activities on child welfare topics
- Develop and coordinate online repositories of resources aligned with peer group needs
- Facilitate peer group activities, including agenda setting and resource identification
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in or with public child welfare, focusing on permanency services
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver presentations and facilitate group learning experiences
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Zoom platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
