Job Summary
To support child welfare initiatives, the full-time Child Welfare Peer Facilitator will manage and deliver technical assistance activities, coordinate peer group events, and engage with stakeholders to enhance permanency outcomes for children and families, primarily in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person technical assistance activities on child welfare topics
- Develop and maintain online resources aligned with peer group needs and coordinate content development with various stakeholders
- Facilitate peer group activities, manage ongoing membership, and ensure alignment with project goals and charters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required); Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in or with public child welfare, focusing on permanency services and programs
- Proven ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and facilitate group learning experiences
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Zoom platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
