A company is looking for a Child Welfare Project Manager I.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards
• Contribute to project work plans and timelines, and manage project budgets and performance tracking
• Act as a reliable point of contact for project inquiries and assist in the preparation of reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in child welfare
• Experience managing project budgets of at least $1 million annually
• Demonstrated experience in developing technical assistance work plans and engaging public child welfare agencies
• Basic understanding of project management best practices and child welfare systems
