Job Summary
Working remotely with potential hybrid options, the full-time Child Welfare Technical Advisor will manage the design and delivery of training and technical assistance (T/TA) initiatives, ensuring high-quality support for child welfare systems and workforce development while collaborating with project leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain current expertise in child welfare practices and trends, sharing insights with team members and clients
- Oversee the design and delivery of T/TA activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and effective communication with clients
- Collaborate with project leadership to identify needs and develop strategies for improving child welfare outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience in child welfare and human services systems
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement and workforce development
- Knowledge of federal child welfare programs and performance improvement initiatives
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
