Job Summary

Working remotely with potential for hybrid arrangements, the full-time salaried Child Welfare Technical Advisor will manage the design and delivery of training and technical assistance (T/TA) for child welfare initiatives, ensuring effective workforce development and systems improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain expertise in child welfare, identifying trends and sharing best practices with project teams and clients
  • Manage and document T/TA activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements
  • Collaborate with project leadership and other technical experts to analyze T/TA needs and develop long-term strategies for performance improvement
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience in child welfare and related systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement and community engagement within child welfare
  • Experience supporting public child welfare agencies in improving practice and workforce capacity
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
