Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional hybrid options, the full-time Child Welfare Technical Advisor will manage the design and delivery of training and technical assistance for child welfare initiatives, ensuring high-quality support for public child welfare agencies and systems improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in child welfare practices and communicate trends and best practices to project teams and clients
- Guide the design and delivery of technical assistance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project leadership to identify T/TA needs and develop long-term strategies for performance improvement
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience in child welfare and related systems
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement and workforce development in child welfare
- Experience supporting public child welfare agencies in improving organizational capacity and outcomes
- Knowledge of federal child welfare programs and performance improvement efforts
