Job Summary
To lead child welfare special initiatives, the full-time Child Welfare Technical Advisor II will coordinate project activities, supervise staff, and ensure the design and delivery of technical assistance and training remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate child welfare special initiatives and engage with technical and subject matter experts to deliver effective technical assistance and resources
- Oversee recruitment and management of a consultant pool, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective budget tracking
- Facilitate team culture and collaboration through human-centered design approaches in meetings and forums
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience in child welfare and related services
- Demonstrated expert-level subject matter expertise in public child welfare practices
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
