Job Summary
To support child welfare initiatives, the full-time Child Welfare Technical Advisor II will lead the coordination of special initiatives, provide technical assistance and training, and supervise project-affiliated staff, with the option for remote work or hybrid arrangements for local candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate child welfare special initiatives and deliver high-quality technical assistance and resources
- Manage and support a consultant pool of subject matter experts while overseeing recruitment and coordination efforts
- Facilitate meetings and forums using a human-centered design approach to foster team collaboration and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience in child welfare and related services
- Demonstrated expert-level subject matter expertise in public child welfare practices
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
