Job Summary
Leading child welfare special initiatives, the full-time Child Welfare Technical Advisor III will design and deliver technical assistance, coordinate a consultant pool, and supervise staff while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates within a 50-mile radius of designated offices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project special initiatives and coordinate teams of technical and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality technical assistance
- Guide the recruitment and management of a consultant pool, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to project budgets
- Facilitate key meetings and forums using a human-centered design approach to foster collaboration and innovation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience in public child welfare and related practices
- Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of child welfare data, continuous quality improvement, and child safety
- Proven project management experience, including managing cross-system partnerships and consultant relationships
- Experience in implementing broad-scale projects within public service systems
