Job Summary

Leading child welfare special initiatives, the full-time Child Welfare Technical Advisor III will design and deliver technical assistance while supervising staff and coordinating a pool of consultants, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 20 years of relevant work experience in public child welfare and related practices
• Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of child welfare data, continuous quality improvement, and child safety
• Experience managing and coordinating large-scale projects within a public service system
• Proven project management skills, including relationship management and development of project timelines
