Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child Welfare Expert - Performance Improvement, Innovation, and Outcomes Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for data-driven insights and performance improvement in child welfare jurisdictions
• Design and deliver technical assistance (TA) while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Supervise and guide staff, fostering professional growth and effective delivery of TA

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 14 years in child welfare program management
• Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of public child welfare and continuous quality improvement
• Experience in change management and broad-scale project implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-system partners to improve child welfare outcomes
