A company is looking for a Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in a courteous manner
• Provide accurate information to resolve member and provider inquiries
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly and educate customers on eligibility and claims

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Mandarin and Cantonese
• 2 years of call center support experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience level: Experienced
