Chinese Language Tutor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spring 2026 Languages Tutor-Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide at least five hours of tutoring per week in Chinese, available on at least three days
• Support students in language proficiency through grammar explanations, draft reviews, and skills development
• Attend Tutor Meetings, Training Sessions, and maintain correspondence with the Tutoring Coordinator and Assistant Director of Administration

Required Qualifications

• Advanced or near-native fluency in Chinese
• Intermediate-to-high proficiency in English
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience in the target language (preferred)
• Graduate students preferred; advanced undergraduate students will be considered
