A company is looking for a Chinese/Mandarin Bilingual Part-Time Telephone Interviewer (Work From Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality telephone surveys in a prompt and friendly manner
• Provide patients and healthcare consumers a voice to help clients achieve excellence
• Maintain daily contact with supervisory staff

Required Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak, read, write, and translate Chinese/Mandarin and English
• Basic computer skills with a personal computer or Mac meeting specified requirements
• Internet connection with upload/download speeds of 25 Mbps or higher
• Type at least 18 words per minute
• Polite, professional, and courteous demeanor
