Chip Design Lead

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Chip Design Lead, this remote position will manage complex SoC programs from architecture definition through execution, tapeout, and deployment, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and technical expertise across front-end design flows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive chip programs from definition to tapeout, ensuring successful execution and deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, verification, and physical design teams, as well as external vendors and stakeholders
• Oversee the end-to-end chip development process, including architecture, RTL design, verification, and post-silicon deployment

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading at least one chip program from architecture definition through tapeout
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SoC development flows
• Hands-on expertise in core front-end domains such as architecture, RTL development, or verification
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across various teams and stakeholders
• Experience with complex chip development programs and working with external partners
