Job Summary
Defining the architecture for next-generation chiplet-based compute platforms, the remote Chiplet Architect will enable high-performance RISC-V CPUs within scalable System-in-Package (SiP) solutions and own key platform subsystems while collaborating with architecture, hardware, software, and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Define and design scalable chiplet architectures for high-performance computing platforms
- Own and manage key subsystems including PCIe, die-to-die connectivity, and system management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready chiplet architectures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in SoC, CPU, or chiplet architecture for high-performance computing or server-class systems
- Strong expertise in PCI Express Root Complex, coherent fabrics, and confidential computing technologies
- Deep understanding of system management for high-performance CPUs, including boot and power management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture efforts and communicate effectively across engineering organizations
