Job Summary

To support the mission of evangelism and discipleship, the part-time remote Christian Ministry Staff will lead spiritual development, equip volunteer leaders, and manage resources while actively engaging in direct ministry activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement personal growth plans and foster relationships within the church community
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
• Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships, ensuring effective communication of ministry updates

Required qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• College degree preferred
• Active participation in a church community
• Experience in leadership development and fundraising principles
