Job Summary

To support the ministry's outreach efforts, the part-time remote Wyldlife Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry activities while fostering relationships with middle school students and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in spiritual development activities and maintain relationships within the Young Life community
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while developing a yearly ministry strategy
• Engage in direct ministry work, including contact work and planning Young Life clubs and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• College degree preferred
• Active participation in a church community
