• Administer dissertation courses and provide detailed feedback to students
• Mentor and challenge students to foster intellectual and spiritual growth
• Maintain contact with students regarding academic achievement, attendance, and behavior

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. in Christian Worship)
• Demonstrated strengths in teaching at the college level
• Strong organizational skills for timely completion of tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and online learning management systems
• Experience in Worship Ministry and Committee Chair experience preferred
