Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to Data Quality Managers and their teams
• Ensure the accuracy and clinical integrity of reviewed data prior to provider handoff
• Drive compliance with CMS and regulatory requirements while overseeing team productivity and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Registered Nurse preferred
• 5 or more years of experience managing large teams in healthcare settings
• Experience in long-term care, chronic care management, or remote patient monitoring
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting reports and implementing improvements
• Proven track record of program development and growth
