Job Summary

Managing chronic infusion referrals, the full-time Chronic Intake Coordinator will oversee the intake process, ensuring timely patient access to therapy while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned chronic infusion referrals from intake to start of care readiness
• Review payor requirements and compile clinical documentation for prior authorization submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance referrals and resolve barriers to care

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or intake management
• Experience with prior authorizations and insurance verification
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems
