Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Practice Liaison, Chronic Therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with Chronic providers to manage referral flow and enhance patient care
- Identify and resolve referral flow obstacles, collaborating with sales and operations teams
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts to foster improved referral processes and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 3 years of customer service/account management experience or an Associate's Degree, LPN, or Pharm Tech license
- Proven experience in building strong internal relationships with Operations/Sales Teams
- Expertise in managing the referral process and resolving referral flow obstacles
- Knowledge of the requirements for referrals in various therapeutic areas
- Proficient in using relevant platforms for referral management and data entry
