Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced ChurnZero Administrator to ensure reliable customer data and efficient integrations within their CSM tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer-data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility within ChurnZero
  • Maintain and improve integrations between ChurnZero and other tools in the tech stack
  • Develop customer journeys, plays, and dashboards within ChurnZero

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of ChurnZero, Gainsight, Vitally, or similar tool experience
  • High aptitude for data manipulation and technical integrations between tools
  • Experience with a Customer Success team managing a high volume of customers
  • Ability to identify needs and build solutions for the team
  • Familiarity with software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, etc
