CI/CD Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the CI/CD Platform Engineer will build, administer, and optimize enterprise CI/CD platforms while providing technical leadership and mentoring to operations engineers in a collaborative DevTools team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, administer, maintain, and improve enterprise CI/CD platforms with ownership across Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory
- Design, author, troubleshoot, and optimize Jenkins pipelines and supporting configurations
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to operations engineers while consulting with development teams on CI/CD solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Jenkins experience, including pipeline authoring and plugin management
- Enterprise-scale administration experience with Bitbucket and Artifactory
- 3+ years of infrastructure engineering experience across Linux and/or Windows
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting for Jenkins shared libraries or reusable pipeline functions
