Job Summary

A company is looking for a CICS Systems Programmer.

Key Responsibilities

Install, implement, and ensure the performance and integrity of IBM CICS/TS and CICS/TG systems
Configure and administer CICS Webservices and Liberty Profile JVMs, including URIMAPs and pipes
Perform dump analysis and determine root causes of system problems and outages

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
5 years of experience in application maintenance and mainframe environments
Proficiency with CICS, CTG, and CMOD
Experience with vendor products such as Compuware AbendAid and TMON for CICS
Knowledge of COBOL and Java programming is a plus
