Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain CICS, DB2, and MQ on the mainframe
Analyze performance and tune CICS regions using CICS Performance Analyzer
Perform problem determination and dump analysis

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of ten years as a CICS Systems Programmer
Expert knowledge of JCL and CICS parameters
Experience with SMP/E and software upgrades
In-depth knowledge of CICS SMF record structure
Familiarity with CICS monitoring tools
