Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CICS transaction processing environments on z/OS systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex transaction failures and system outages efficiently
• Configure and optimize CICS regions, ensuring high availability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of hands-on experience as a CICS Systems Programmer in large enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in CICS TS 4.x/5.x, CPSM, RDO, and CICS configuration
• Advanced knowledge of z/OS, SDSF, TSO/ISPF, JCL, VSAM, DB2, MQ, and SMP/E
• Experience troubleshooting complex transaction failures and system outages
• Strong understanding of security controls and regulatory frameworks in Financial Services
