CIED Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, the full-time remote CIED Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure adequate staff coverage, and drive quality improvement initiatives in cardiac monitoring services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a large team, ensuring effective scheduling and coverage for clinics
• Participate in management meetings to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed

Required qualifications

• IBHRE Certification preferred
• Experience supervising or managing a large team
• Scheduling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
