Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UK/EMEA managers and employees, providing strategic and operational HR guidance
  • Lead on complex employee relations and ensure compliance with UK/EMEA employment law
  • Partner with leadership to drive people-related strategies and support wellbeing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience in HR
  • Demonstrable experience as a senior HR generalist with expertise in employee relations and UK employment law
  • Proven track record in HR business partnering within a technology or professional services environment
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising on legal compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to evaluate HR program effectiveness
