Circuit Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Circuit Delivery Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage third-party resources to ensure timely delivery of customer orders for internet, voice, and SDWAN services while maintaining quality standards and effective communication with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in provisioning new orders and processing carrier orders, including upgrades and disconnects
• Manage third-party resources to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and communicate updates throughout the delivery cycle
• Drive escalations as necessary and maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within the telecommunications industry
• Experience with internet circuit ordering and VOIP services preferred
• Ability to document dependencies and manage escalations independently
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
