Circuit Designer II

Job Summary

To support a growing network infrastructure, the remote Circuit Designer II will efficiently design and process customer orders, ensuring reliable circuit paths and high-quality service delivery while adhering to established design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently design and process customer orders using multiple design systems to meet SLA, quality, and performance standards
• Manage and prioritize assigned queues, tasks, and assignments to maintain service level objectives
• Communicate order status clearly and promptly with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• 3-5 years of related experience in a specific area or equivalent
• Proficiency in complex provisioning requirements including dark fiber
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of wave products, network elements, and routing configurations
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
