Job Summary
Designing end-to-end circuits for service delivery, the full-time Circuit Designer II will analyze service orders, prepare detailed circuit layouts, and ensure network optimization while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze service orders to determine appropriate circuit design
- Design and prepare detailed circuit layout records for end-to-end circuit delivery
- Maintain facility inventory systems to ensure accurate facility assignments
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years in a telecommunications circuit design role
- Hands-on knowledge of telecommunications equipment configuration
- Experience with Salesforce and Metasolv database applications
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols
- High-level understanding of DWDM network configuration and interworking
